Our Location - The Counselling Room
My counselling room is a purpose-built room for talking therapy situated next to my home with a private entrance and car parking in Kings Worthy, Winchester. The counselling room is a warm comfortable, confidential space for you to step off the merry-go-round of life and take some 'me' time.

While therapy can sometimes be a painful process it can also be an empowering one, getting back control of your life and the ability to thrive rather than just survive.

To discuss a session in more detail I offer an initial free phone call at your convenience so I can answer any questions you may have prior to your first session.
