Hello, my name is Kasey, I’m a qualified Humanistic Counsellor working within a person-centred approach. I may also include T.A, Gestalt and some CBT in our sessions depending on the client’s individual needs.
What that means is, I believe you are the expert in your own life, I’m led by you and I believe given the right non-judgmental encouraging environment you can unlock the answers to your personal growth and development. I’m not here to fix your problems or tell you what to do but to listen without judgement and help you explore and unpick what is going on for you in the 'here and now'.

Helping people to find alternative coping mechanisms to relieve stress.
Finding The Right Counsellor
Finding the right counsellor can be daunting and difficult to know where to start. The relationship with a therapist is one of the rare times in your life when someone is 100% on your side, no hidden agenda.
Asking for help can be such a difficult step, especially when faced with so many choices.
Finding the right fit with your therapist is extremely important, the therapeutic relationship is the basis of person-centred counselling and therapeutic change.
